Do you do refunds? We DO NOT do refunds, unless we made a mistake ,we will not refund any orders.
-If your item happens to arrive broken or damaged, you have 2 days after your packaged is marked delivered to make a claim with us via email, [email protected] (must include evidence such as a picture or video), if found eligible we will give you a discount for your next order, but you will not be refunded.
Do you do exchanges or returns? NO, we don't do exchanges or returns at all. All sales are FINAL.
Do you take other payment methods off of your website? YES, we take payments such as Zelle and Cash App. If you would like to purchase an item, just dm our instagram @HottieHeadquarters with the name of the item and your source of payment.Shipping will only be $5 added to your total.
Are you responsible for our shipping? Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we no longer are responsible. We suggest paying for insurance to ensure protection and money back if anything was to happen to your package; we will do our best to help and resolve any problems you may be experiencing but there is very little we can do.
